Monthly HR Consulting
Some companies require monthly HR support, but the function is not large enough to warrant a full time employee.
We offer monthly HR consulting on a retainer basis whereby a consultant can be on-site once or twice a week (depending on your company’s needs) as well as be available off-site to assist telephonically & via email.
Recruitment
Outsourced recruitment can be expensive, but it doesn’t have to be. We offer competitive rates, as well as package deals if our recruitment services are combined with other HR services.
Our recruitment specialists have experience in a range of different fields. And remember, we work for free up until you have offered one of our candidates a position, so there’s no harm in giving us the job spec to work!
Adhoc HR Consulting

We offer adhoc HR consulting if and when you need it. We charge a fixed hourly rate for the total hours spent on telephonic and email support, paperwork creation and any onsite meetings or chairing of disciplinary hearings.
Employment Equity
The Department of Labour generally requires companies to submit their Employment Equity Report (EEA2 & EEA4) on an annual basis. These reports are also used in a BBBEE audit.
We can complete and submit these reports on your behalf.

WSP / ATR
Our Skilled Development Facilitators can complete and submit your company’s Workplace Skills Plan and Annual Training Report to your SETA, therefore assisting you in obtaining a reimbursement for a portion of your annual skills development levy (SDL). The WSP/ATR is also required in some cases during an BBBEE audit.
